We use the living area from the county property record for your address, the same data our instant estimate tool uses. You don't have to measure anything. Plans cover 1 and 2-story homes; homes outside the bands get a free custom estimate.
The roof wash included in Gold and Platinum is calculated at $0.25 per square foot of roof. If your roof goes over the value included in your band, you only pay the difference.
We schedule each included service with you. Services not scheduled within your membership year don't roll over to the next year.
Monthly plans are charged automatically to your card. You can also pay the full year up front at the annual price.
Yes. If you cancel before 12 months, you pay the difference between what you've paid and the value of the services you've already received.
Each membership covers one property and can't be transferred.
